If ONLINE, a Countdown TIMER will signal the expert’s remaining time. If the Consultant is in session, it will display your Wait-Time otherwise it will show OFFLINE

2. To begin your live face-to-face meeting, simply push the Green Timer Button on the Expert’s Profile
