Dr. Dorothy is the National Coordinator – 2020 Uganda Population-based HIV Impact Assessment Survey (UPHIA). She worked with ICAP at Columbia University, Makerere University Walter Reed Project (MUWRP) as Program Manager for the Joint Mobile Emerging Diseases Intervention Clinical Capability (JMEDICC), Medical Research Council/Uganda Virus Research Institute & LSHTM, and Makerere University College of Health Sciences. She has a Degree in Medicine & Surgery MUK, Master of Public Health (MPH) from University of Manchester, UK, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management (DPPM) from UMI, and volunteers at Medical Camps conducted by Dasha Support Group, an NGO she founded to serve vulnerable communities.
